1:1 Coaching

I have trained and ran races from 5K's to 200-miles. This experience has given me valuable knowledge about running and endurance that I love sharing with others.

Running should be fun and while I want to help you achieve your fitness goals, I don't want it to come at the expense of losing your passion.

This is a flexible training plan that will change over time

What you can expect:

  • Initial 60-minute consultation to discuss what plan will work best for you

  • 30-minute progress check 1X/month

  • Personalized training plan

  • Unlimited email access (expect a response within 24/hours

Crewing & Pacing

In addition to my racing experience, I have also volunteered, crewed and paced many runners. I love being able to witness first-hand runners going through the trials and triumphs that often come with endurance events

While there are more logistics to figure out with crewing and pacing, each plan and pricing will change accordingly.
