I have been running for over 9 years. In that time, I've trained and raced distances from 5K to 200-miles and almost everything in between. While I've achieved many things so far in my running career, and still have plenty more I want to achieve, fun is always my number one goal.
I am passionate about running and fitness love sharing this when helping other people. I want to help people enjoy themselves while pursuing their goals. I believe people can be fiercely competitive and have big goals while enjoying the process every step of the way. My goal is to create a plan that excites you and allows you to have fun along the way.
